He was honest and professional and I decided to have an overhaul service performed which I could not be more pleased with! I found Precision online. When I called and spoke to a nice lady…she listened to my situation, explained the company policy and gave me a time for the service. It was not the best of time for me but I took it and said if the service man could come any sooner to please call me. And Jack the service man did call me, earlier. He was very nice, explained everything and he did a great job. Due to a small logistical problem he had to return the next morning and he did and finished the job. I contacted Precision to come fix a badly dented garage door on a Friday afternoon. I was not optimistic it could be done by end of day but Precision’s website said they did same day service, so a girl had to try. Gary was at my house less than an hour later and fixed the damaged door also in less than an hour. So, In approximately two hours, I damaged my garage door and had it fixed. Amazing! Gary was incredibly kind, sincere and knowledgeable. I found him very personable and am pleased with his work. Based off of my experience with Gary, I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Precision again for any garage repair or replacement needs.

Although it has been a decade, I had previously used Precision & been pleased so I called them to assist with a programmable remote at my new home. They arrived within 2 hours!! Not only did they get my remote functioning properly but also need a preventive maintenance replacement of springs. Very professional and timely response.

My spring broke on a Thursday night. Called 7 companies that couldn't come out until Monday or Tuesday. Precision came Saturday on time (actually early) and fixed everything that I needed. Made recommendations to update my 20 yo door. Very honest..spent more than planned but I have piece of mind . Great company!
