I chose Precision because of all the positive reviews I read. I was working with another vendor, but they didn't arrive within the 4-hour window they committed to, and then wanted me to wait an additional 2 hours. I'm glad and thankful I went with Precision. The technicians arrived earlier than expected, were very professional, and completed the job in a timely manner.

Very professional and courteous service. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was due to the long wait for installation. It was explained due to the pandemic there would be a delay. I wasn’t expecting a 2 month delay. Other that the delay I was completely satisfied. Thank you

Service was super fast. Called Friday afternoon and had an appointment for Saturday afternoon. Technician was on time, quickly recognized what was wrong with our garage door, repaired it, also greased the springs and cleaned up some of the wiring/connections. Door has operated smoothly since. My wife and a friend who was present both commented on how friendly and professional the technician was. Would definitely recommend or use again!!
