We were having a problem with our larger garage door opening fully. I called two other companies but got no response. The next one in the list was Precision. I was able to get a next day appointment! Ed called us with his ETA and did arrive on time. He diagnosed the issue, explained our options, we gave the okay and he got to work. When the job was completed he reviewed everything with us and checked to make sure the doors operated correctly. He was such a nice, friendly guy- definitely an asset to your company! And to think I tried to get all my husband into trying a YouTube hack!

Service was quick, professionally done & the tech, Justin Ridge, was knowledgeable and efficient. He took time to service and change out the springs to upgrade what I had. Original call was to replace the outside keypad. Highly recommend this company.

So pleased and giddy that my car is free again! A spring broke on the garage door around 5:00pm yesterday and the spring has been replaced and I’m back in business. Calling for service was super easy even after 5pm. Around 9pm I noticed an email confirmation had come that I failed to see earlier and it had the wrong appt time. To my surprise, it said they will answer the phone 24/7 so I called. The original rep noticed she hit the wrong time too and had already fixed it, but I was so glad someone answered the phone so I wouldn’t wonder about the actual time of the appt. Jeremy showed up during the appt window and was super friendly and fast! Perfect experience. And to boot, springs were still under warranty (they were 5.5 years old) which was a pleasant surprise.

Xavier was awesome. He did a terrific job. The spring on my garage door failed and the door would no longer open on its own using the remote. The spring needed to be replaced and I also had two panels (damaged a few years back) that needed replacing. Xavier said he would be able to repair both panels versus having to replace. He worked diligently to get the job done on a very rainy day. He then took the time afterwards to explain the work completed and how to keep up the maintenance of the garage door by spot checking occasionally to ensure the door is balanced. He explained what the warranty included, as well, on the repair. Excellent customer service with a smile on a very wet and dreary day! Thanks Xavier!

I chose Precision because they were available the next day to fix our garage door (Sunday). And when your garage door is broken and your car is trapped the sooner it can be fixed the better! The technician was very knowledgeable and nice. I would definitely recommend Precision!!!!

I chose Precision because of my salesman. I don’t remember his name but he took the time with me and explained the process thoroughly. I had a competitor come in and was very disappointed I think you need to congratulate or excel this sales person As for installation the name starts with a C. I have never seen such a hard worker. He took over the process with great attitude and even helped me set up apps on my phone. Great experience. Both sales and installation people need to be promoted Very much would recommend Precision

Do Not RECOMMEND! Was given a quote for 249.00 to replace x2 springs when scheduling the appointment. Tech came out and attempted to up-sell me to replace all garage door parts for 850.00. When I declined the additional services, the tech began to explain that the door will not function properly even though the spring was the only malfunction. After the Tech stated he was finished, the door was off centered, scrubbing the side railings and he wanted to claim it was the pullys on the garage that were causing it to be off centered. The techs customer service completely went sour when I declined the add on. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY ONE. And if you must, stay away from Juan.... He will do a shit job if you do not purchase add-ons.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and we are sorry to see that you did not receive five star service. We have spoken to the technician about the call, reviewed the notes, the safety inspection and then our service manager spoke with you to discuss your experience. You had components of your garage that were failing and you declined the work for the discounted price that was quoted by the technician. We completely understand that maintaining your garage door can be expensive at times, but replacing problem components when it is suggested can help save you more money down the road. We would love to repair everyone's garage door at little to no cost, but that is not feasible in having a successful company. Customer satisfaction is our main goal and the service manager did speak with you about sending another technician out to re-evaluate your door needs and he was able to work something out with you, but you were not home at the time you selected for the appointment. If you still need us to return to your home, please don't hesitate to call and speak with the service manager again.

Once on site Anthony quickly diagnosed the problem and quickly corrected it as well as tighten the drive chain.
