I had a new garage door installed about two and a half years ago from Precision.Door Service. I have been very satisfied with the level of service and the product as well. Recently my door would not close on its own and I checked the sensors and could not figure out the issue. I called Precision Door again, Aaron arrived within the hour to my house, and within minutes he diagnosed the problem and replaced my sensors. My garage door is the original (1997) from when the house was built. Great service Aaron, and very professional as well. I highly recommend Precision Door Service and Aaron for you garage door needs.

Love this company! Our cars were stuck in the garage when the springs and the opener broke. I called Precision, and they had a repair tech out here within 2 hours. Incredibly fast service! The repairman, Aaron, was knowledgeable, pleasant , and had the door working the same afternoon. I am so happy I called them, because I had no idea who to call. When I saw the positive reviews and the BBB A+ rating, I thought I would try Precision. It was a good call, and I do believe they are a company that provides excellent service and repairs.

I went on the internet and read about your company and another large competitor. What got my attention was the $29 "lets see what is wrong" fee, plus the quick response. I got an appointment the same day that I was searching on line. Aaron Page was my technician and he was prompt to arrive in two hours of my four hour window. He was knowledgeable and professional with what was wrong with my garage door. He gave me multiply options on different levels and costs of manufacture parts. The parts I purchased were the two floor sensors. They were bad and causing the garage door to only open a few inches. I highly recommend Aaron and Precision!

You guys did some work for my son-in-lawi in Snellville and I called him first. He gave me your info and I called you and within five minutes or so, your technician arrived. My technician, Aaron arrived in about five minutes or so and went to work right away. Our Garage door had broke, so I called Precision and less than 24 hours technician Aaron came to the rescue! He was very informative of what happened, explained what he needed to do to fix our problem as well as being honest and up front with pricing and explaining the warranties they offer. Not to mention he fixed our annoying squeak that we could not get rid of, so now our garage door is super quiet. I would HIGHLY recommend Precision and would use their services again if need be. I've only needed a few repairs to my garage door over the past 20 years. However, I've only called Precision. The company is quick, knowledgeable and professional.
