I do my best to educate my customers on every product we sell and install. I have 3 precious children and a beautiful wife I consider my life partner. When I'm not working, I spend every free moment I have with them in hopes of making wonderful memories for them.

A real person answered the phone and politely listened to the problem I was having. She set up an appointment for the very next day with Justin. He called prior to arriving and told me when he would be here. He was prompt and diagnosed the problems immediately. He offered three different levels of repair. After having run into the garage door on three different occasions, I opted for the full repair. It was completed within 2 hours. Great work!!! I would highly recommend both Justin and Precision door Atlanta to anyone needing garage door repair.

I called about my problem with the garage door chain this morning at about 11:30ish and Dustin was at my house at 2:45. He came and figured out and showed me the issue right away, went to his truck got the replacement part and completed the job in less than 30 mins. He even gave me some pointers to keep the garage door working smoothly. My garage door runs smoother and quieter than ever!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys!

The quote that was discussed with you before any work was started, included 2 springs, an extension cable set, a safety cable set, a pulley and came with a 3 year warranty on parts with 1 year on labor. Also, our springs are not builder grade springs, they are heavy duty, high cycle springs which are better quality. Dustin is a great technician and has been servicing garage doors for several years so he is able to perform his job faster than someone who is newer in the industry. Service Companys are about customer service and my tech Dustin Ridge understood that 100%. The reapir was done in a timely manner with quality parts. The price was higher then I expected @ $800.00 although the warranty and education I received im okay with it. Would recommend to family and friends.

I sent an email through the website early Sunday evening and they called me back that night and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Justin came out on time and showed me what needed to be done to repair it, including replacing the only spring that the door opener installer had installed years earlier. Justin gave me a fair price to install the required 2 springs (I researched prices) and my garage door now opens so quietly and smoothly! Very satisfied and will use them again.

Service was quick, professionally done & the tech, Justin Ridge, was knowledgeable and efficient. He took time to service and change out the springs to upgrade what I had. Original call was to replace the outside keypad. Highly recommend this company.
