This was our second time using Precision Garage Door and both times have been a great experience. Seamless experience from the time we called at 6pm on a Friday night to 4:30pm Saturday when Jeremy arrived. He was professional and knowledgeable. He had all the material on his truck and had us back up and running in no time.

The appointment scheduling process was quick and streamlined. Jeremy, our service tech, was prompt and efficient. He quickly diagnosed our doors' needs, worked up an estimate and work order, and got to work on approved items. He did fantastic work and was done in no time. He addressed the immediate need and started a baseline for future care and service. We'll certainly be using Precision again for maintenance and repairs.

Precision did arrive the same day I called, and fixed the issue with my garage door; however, BUYER BEWARE of their extremely inconsistent pricing. My neighborhood and I had the same issue with our garage where one of the springs broke, and the garage wouldn't go up anymore. My neighbor used Precision and was charged $249 to replace one of the springs, and the labor was only $17 which brought his total to $266. I was told I had to replace BOTH springs even though only one was broken, and was charged $361 for EACH spring a total of $722, plus the labor was $189, bringing my total to $911. The technician was here for a grand total of 45 minutes fixing everything. When I called Precision to ask them about the discrepancy, the receptionist LaToya told me the manager Mike would call me back. Never received a call back. Will not recommend this company to any other neighbors with garage issues because I don't want them to get taken advantage of on pricing the way I was. Very disappointed.

My barely over a year old door opener stopped working. A technician came out and decided, after cycling through a few times, that the motor is fried. Obviously it is not since it works from the unit itself, if not from the wall or the remote. Then he offered to sell me a new one for $700 plus tax. I would do just as well to purchase my own opener and get a handyman to install it. It would be cheaper and have just as much of a no guarantee. I’m extremely disappointed. Kirsten Mygil

Service was 4 stars - Jeremy was very knowledgeable, helpful, and informative. Really appreciated his approach. Unfortunately, the price was about triple what I expected, so had to go for another quote (which came in at 1/3 the price). I'm sure it would have been perfectly installed and white glove service, but was more than what I needed.

The service provided by Precision Garage Door Service was excellent. Their servicemen were prompt, courteous, knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. Our door had been damaged when hit by a car. The bottom panel was bent and the spring disengaged. They were able to remove and straighten the steel panel, reinstall it along with the bottom strip that had also been bent. They reinstalled the spring, realign the tracks, conditioned and lubed the door, leaving it in good working order. Their efforts saved us from having to replace the entire door. Thank you, Precision.

I called for an appointment and was given one on the next day! Jeramy arrived on time, listened to my concerns and inspected the doors. We have used Precision Garage Door Service a few times for issues we have had with our garage and we will not use anyone else! I called this past week and was able to get a technician, Jeremy, out the same day. He gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was 20 minutes out and arrived right on time. Yesterday I chatted on your chat system and told them I needed to have someone give me an estimate for a new garage door. By 4:30 we had a salesman to our door. Jeremy Bojkovsky was sent out to us. He was an amazing Senior Technician. He was fast getting out here to us and went through a book of doors and helped us pick out the one that suited us. Plus we got the insulated door. He was also very knowledgeable in his presentation and was extremely kind and nice. It was a wonderful experience dealing with Jeremy. But I already knew it would be because I had already read a lot of reviews on him and knew he was the Technician for us. Great job Jeremy!!
