Unbelievable service! Called about repairs as one torsion spring broke and couldn't get door open (it's an old 18' door) Within 5 minutes Sean called me and said he'd be here between 45 minutes to an hour. He was here in 40. Looked at situation, reviewed his recomendations and pricing, and went right to work. Job completed beyond expectations, and he even did a few extra courtesy things for prevention maintenance. Kudos to Sean and to Precision. Call them first, you won't be sorry.
