I chose Precision because every time I order from Lowes I have to wait forever to receive the product. I thought since this was a repair I would find a company that actually specializes in Garage doors. Sean was extremely helpful and patient with me as we compared the cost of a new door or replacement panel. He also pointed out some of the repairs that needed to be made to bring the springs up to par and meet safety regulations, as I had used a handy man to install the door the first time and he cut corners by using the old/original hardware. I have not had the actual repair done yet as the panel and hardware will need to be ordered, but so far I would recommend Precision to all my friends and family.

Sean and his helper (Steve?) were on time and very professional. Called ahead just like they promised and had everything on the truck to fix my broken spring. Since the motor was 12 years old and making uncomfortable noises, I opted to get a new door motor and mounting assembly. Sean explained the warranty details and I was impressed and comfortable with them. No surprise, I had a great experience with Precision Door last spring when they replaced the metal wheels on my door. My wife and I are amazed at how quiet the door is now. Would definitely recommend Precision Door again.
