When I was searching the web for a garage door service company, I came across your website. I was impressed by the information contained in the website but what clinched the deal was Ms. Yeager's bio. Her being a teacher and her and Mr. Yeager's work in the autism community impressed me a lot. So, I decided to go with your company. Jessica who took my call was professional, courteous and very helpful. Sean, who did the job was very punctual, professional, courteous and had a very good sense of humor.When he ran his fingers thorough some parts of the garage door to find grey stuff, he asked me when was the last time the garage door was serviced. When I told him never, he, in a deadpan voice said "Please continue to do so sir, so that we can keeping getting your business!:)" He did a good job of explaining the problem and providing me an estimate. We are extremely pleased with the work performed by our technician, Sean. He was very professional and courteous. He performed the work requested and gave us an honest evaluation of our problem so we could make an informed decision about having him do an additional upgrade to our door. He called before arriving to let up know he was on his way. We really liked the way Precision emailed us information ahead of time confirming our appointment and including the name of our technician along with a picture of him. We'll definitely recommend Precision to our friends.
