My name is Shaun Sewell. I have an amazing Wife, Leigh, and Stepson, Noah, whom I adore. All of my time away from work is spent with them. We enjoy anything outdoors (hunting, fishing, anything adventurous). We are Christians first and foremost, we love supporting our church & community. I have been in the garage door industry for 13 years. I am a former owner of my own garage door company, and now work for a company that holds the same moral standards of the company I once owned. Shaun Sewell came out today to diagnose the issue with my garage. I was thoroughly impressed with Shaun's expertise but also his ability to read me and solve my issue. My door had multiple problems and Shaun not only told me but showed me the issue and the cause and effect of each problem. Being on a tight budget I knew that this was not going to be cheap. As he told me the number he could see my face cringe. Shaun quickly came up with a plan that not only kept me in budget but bought me time. Most other companies would have pushed for the sale but he didn't. It was refreshing to have someone who had my best interest in mind helping me. Clearly I will call Shaun when that part fails.

Precision had serviced our garage door several years ago and did a great job. Fortunately, we kept their number in the garage and they were a phone call away. One of the springs on our garage door broke on Monday night, June 15. We called first thing Tuesday morning to make an appointment. To our delight, a technician could be at our home on Wednesday morning. Hooray! We didn't realize what an inconvenience it could be not having a working garage door. The technician arrived right on time Wednesday morning and within hours, our door/spring was replaced and we were back in full working order. Thank you very much.

Shaun was the best! On time (actually early), very professional, courteous, knows his stuff. An excellent technician is always the best salesman for a contractor. Shaun represented Precision Door to the max. Purchased two openers, one keypad, and repair. Forgot to give Shaun on line coupon for $20 off new garage door openers. If a credit can be provided for purchase of new doors, which is probably in our future, that would be great. If not, that is ok. Very satisfied.
