My name is Shaun Sewell. I have an amazing Wife, Leigh, and Stepson, Noah, whom I adore. All of my time away from work is spent with them. We enjoy anything outdoors (hunting, fishing, anything adventurous). We are Christians first and foremost, we love supporting our church & community. I have been in the garage door industry for 13 years. I am a former owner of my own garage door company, and now work for a company that holds the same moral standards of the company I once owned. I enjoy everything about garage doors, from troubleshooting, to the finished product. I look forward to working with you and fixing your garage door. God bless.

Shaun and trainee, Everett, made quick work of the repair (replaced springs) at a fair price. I also had bearings installed at my request. Shaun voluntarily reset the pitch of a pulley bar erroneously set by the previous installer. Future problems and conditions were pointed out, truly helpful. My take: Two thumbs up! I have had Precision Door out on two separate occasions to service each one of my garage doors over the years. Each time I had the good fortune of having Shaun respond. I am an extremely satisfied customer! I had my motor replaced over a year ago (glad I had Precision do it - courtesy, pricing, quality of motor, timeliness, scheduling ease, etc) and called this week for an adjustment (the door wouldn't close). Shawn came in on time, and took care of the adjusment. He was on time, very courteous, and took care of the problem in under 10 minutes! I will be using Precision for all my future garage door needs and would very highly recommend them to everyone! Keep up the great job Tim and Lynn!!

I was very pleased with the experience I had with my tech, Shaun. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He had my problem figured out in no time and went right to work to get the problem fixed . Price was higher than I wanted but I had no idea as what to expect. I was given price up front and agreed to it. Overall I was quiet pleased and satisfied with the experience I had . Would recommend these folks and would reuse them

When my chain driven garage door opener quit working after more than 18 years of service, I did my research and narrowed my search to three companies. My second estimate came from Precision. I had every intention to make a decision after all three estimates were complete. However, I was so impressed with the Precision technician (Shaun), I awarded him the job on the spot. Five Star Rating. Within an hour of submitting an online request for service, I was contacted via phone by Ashley. Mind you, this was on a Saturday after hours. She was exceptionally professional and friendly in ascertaining my need and coordinating a service trip by a technician. She referred me to the website to learn more about the company and the assigned technician should I be inclined to probe for additional information. The technician, Shaun called ahead as a professional courtesy just as Ashley said he would. Upon arrival, he introduced himself and the company. He was attired in clean and professional uniform and the service truck he drove was immaculate. He quickly diagnosed the problem and presented options on how to remedy it. He showed a very knowledgeable and friendly disposition. At NO POINT did I feel as if he was trying to sell me on superfluous items or service. After agreeing on a course of action and the very fair price, he set about the repair. Upon finishing, he showed me the end result and asked if there was anything further. Being in the service business myself for 30 years I have keen eye for customer service. Shaun showed a very genuine sense of personal ownership of the outcome of my experience with the company. He is a great ambassador for the company.
