The springs were replaced quickly and the technician was great. I was not very happy with the cost. The door was replaced three years ago next month, so the parts were still under warranty. We just had to pay for the labor. I hope the replacement springs last longer than the original springs. This is not a cheap repair even under warranty.

20+ year old garage door broke and wouldn’t open on a Saturday afternoon (car inside). Found Precision online and scheduled an appointment for Sunday by online chat-super easy. Sunday, Victor called and asked if he could come early because he was ahead of schedule. He was super nice and knowledgeable. (Even the dogs liked him!) We figured it was time to buy a new door. He answered all our questions and made the process again, super easy. Because we bought the new door, the repair was free to get us through until the new install.
