The technician arrived on time, explain what he was going to do, and what was necessary, and left the premises clean I believe in preventive maintenance to keep a malfunction from occurring at the most inappropriate time!

Alan did a fantastic job. He replaced the spring, bearings, a broken hinge, motor, rail and cables. Pretty much everything but the door. He was a nice, friendly young man who knew what he was doing. I’ll use Precision from now on.
