Hi everyone, I'm blessed to be part of this great company. I'm a father of 2 girls and a lucky husband to an amazing wife. We attend church regularly and appreciate the blessings around us. I am family oriented and treat all my customers as such. I enjoy spending as much time as possible with the family in my personal time. We got our door in 2020. When we needed a new motor in 2022, Precision was our first and only call. We had a small issue with a wire that came loose. They came out and fixed it at no charge. Yesterday, I contacted them for a door tune-up. They came out today and finished before noon. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I called Precision Garage Door, Sunday April 27, 2025. My garage door broke as I was trying to leave for church. I received a quick reply stating what time a technician would arrive. I could not be more pleased. Fast, efficient service. Juan quickly diagnosed the problem (motor died from old age) and soon had a new one up and running. At his suggestion, he also replaced the rubber liner along the bottom of the door with a thicker one, which eliminated some gaps and should help with my utility bills! Juan could not have been smarter or nicer, just a pleasure to deal with. Five stars are not enough!

Once again I called Precision Garage Door and once again they came through for me. Whether I’m calling for an issue or because I need a new remote, Precision comes out same day. All of my concerns are addressed and maintenance items suggested. They also come in less expensive than other garage door companies. Precision has a customer for life!

I found you though trustdale since new to the area. You were able to come out the day you contacted me. I just moved into my new house and the garage doors didn't work, impossible to open. The movers had placed boxes to close to the door but we were able to move the boxes and the tech returned later that day to replace the springs. The other door is needing to be replace which I plan on doing at a later date giving me time to clear out the garage.

10/2/24 I couldn't get my garage door to open. I called Precision Garage Door and was told a technician could be out between 4:00-8:00pm. Juan contacted me around 2:30pm and said he was available to come then. He replaced the garage door opener and adjusted the springs on the garage door. He helped me install the Aladdin app on my phone and he went over the operation of the new equipment. I was very impressed with the service. I will be recommending Precision Garage Door.

We have used them a couple times and each time has been fantastic. I mean, it's never great to have to call somone out to fix something, because of the cost, but they are great. Very understanding and knowledgeable. This time it was a small job thankfully, but Juan acted like it was the most important thing. Talked me through everything and found a option that worked for our budget.

Tech came out within a few hours after calling to get someone to come out to check my garage door which was broken and I thought was going to fall on my car. Tech was very knowledgeable of what needed to be done to support the door to prevent the door from falling until my new door comes in and can be installed. The tech was very professional and personable.
