I called on Saturday with a garage door opener that would not open. Was told that they could get me taken care of on Saturday....Saturday just after 9:00AM I received a call from Precision's technicians telling me he was on the way to our home. He showed up shortly and proceeded to determine what the problem was, quoted me options, I made my selection of options for repair and he proceeded to very promptly and professionally take care of the repair that I had ordered. He then proceeded to service and adjust my garage door and then cleaned up his tools and handed me the bill for his work. Very nice young man, very knowledgeable and professional in his repair process. We had used Precision Garage Door Service 4 1/2 years ago when we purchased the door in question and would use them again if the need ever arises.

I am very pleased with Precision and highly recommend them for a great experience from start to finish. My daughter referred me to this company after they replaced her garage doors. Victor arrived immediately after my online self-scheduling. He diagnosed my various garage door problems — i.e., most all components were aged out. He presented three possible options with various levels of repair that would leave me operational. I appreciated his knowledge, experience and candor, so my choice became clear from talking further. I chose a complete replacement of both door opening systems, which would require several hours of work. Victor was able to complete it all that very same day. I thank him and Precision for such quiet and smooth running doors now! Excellent and caring service!

Had a warranty issue with my door and service provider was here same day to evaluate and advise. Curtious and friendly techniction looked at the issue and within 30 minutes he told me Presicion has ordered a replacment panel that is covered by warrantly. Excellent service.

We had a garage door that would not close. Thankfully we called Precision Door to come out. We were able to make a same day appointment. The technician, Victor did an outstanding job assessing our problem and gave us several choices for resolution. After conversation and due to the age of our door openers, we decided to replace both openers. Victor did a wonderful job and was so courteous and kind.
