I was incredibly impressed with your company! I had paid another company to come out and they never got back to me. I contacted Precision and someone came out within 1 day and installed a new garage door opener. The one I wanted was not on the installers truck so after a quick call he upgraded the opener for the same price as the one I could afford.

I called about a broken door opener and they had a technician come out the same day. Brandon was absolutely wonderful. He took care of installing a new motor and programmed the remotes and my keypad and my car, which I had never taken the time to do. He played with my dogs and was personable and seemed to enjoy his work. It made an expensive repair not only tolerable but enjoyable. I would definitely recommend to everyone.

Precision was great! Ronald got here on time (even called to say he could come early if ok with me and it was!). Very professional. Addressed my issue that I called about and we talked about another issue I was having. He was able to fix the additional matters in the spot. Very nice guy as was the other guy with him. Definitely would recommend Precision and will be using again in the future when I go to replace the old doors.

Shaun and Phillip were both outstanding professional gentlemen. My service call was initially to R&R broken garage door springs but upon inspection, Shaun pointed out some deficiencies that were beginning to show on my overhead door opener. So I ended up with new springs and a new door opener. shown in Philip were timely, very organized in their efforts to, in my case, not only replace the springs but replace the opener. Without a doubt I give them both five stars!

Shaun and Phillip showed up on time and quickly analyzed the problem with our garage door and remotes. Had a LiftMaster very quiet belt drive system installed 1/18/17. Guido was the service tech. He arrived on time and completed the work professionally. Charges were fair and competitively priced. Would not hesitate in recommending Precision for your garage door needs.

I currently have my home for sale and under contract. Guido diagnosed my immediate problem and told me that he could repair, however......my 1984 installed system was long ago out of code and would never pass both garage bays inspection. He advised all necessary to bring to code and, although extensive and expensive, pricing for the totality of the necessary work seemed reasonable. Guido spent the next three hours in a very chilly environment installing all the necessary elements of repair, all of which were available on his work van. Additionally, as we are in the process of moving, both garage bays were full of furnishings, incidentals and absolute junk....segregated and organized as such. Guido relocated all to create a work space while, at the same time, maintaining the segregation of the various stacks. I would assume that his efforts added at least another hour to completing the primary job. I was not expecting this additional cash outlay but as it was obviously necessary I chose wisely in picking your company and you chose wisely in picking Guido. Thank You
