Great experience overall. Called at 9:25 am about a garage door issue and the technician, Sean, arrived at 11:45 am. I had a fairly good idea that the spring on our double door went out, Sean confirmed and he quickly went to work. Sean then notified me that he did not have the right part on the truck and within 30 minutes another Precision truck arrived with what was needed. While they were here, I asked them to replace the springs on the single door as well and Sean said no problem and agreed it was probably only a matter of time before it went out as well. They were finished by 2:00 pm for both doors and all is working great! Fast, efficient no BS repairs. I will be calling Precision again. Thanks Guys!

The Technician (Ronald) was really sharp. I am pretty mechanically savy. but did not recognize the problem. He took one look and said I see the problem. We also saw that I had another problem. My wife had actually backed into the door and damaged it - she immediately fessed up when I mentioned it. Anyhow, we decided to replace the door. In the meantime, he repaired the original problem so our door would work while we waited for the new door.
