We contracted Precision to deliver two new garage doors and two new motors, since ours were 20+ years old. The initial visit was only to have one of the motors fixed, and because the technician because was so knowledgeable and courteous, and the price right, we decided to get the new doors. He did not try to hard sell me into buying new doors. On the other hand, he even fixed the door for free until the new ordered doors arrived. Installation was done in a very cold winter day, and because of that I believe that we ended up having some small issues with the new sealants around one of the door and some loose frames after a couple weeks that needed a few more staples/nails,however both issues were taken care of eventually. There was some miss-communication in the process, but they were (Tim) very quick to rectify it. Overall, they were great. The garage doors look beautiful, the price was right, and the customer service was reliable. I would highly recommend their service.

I utilized a coupon to have my door squeaks and rumbles silenced, Your technician, Sean, called to let me know he could be early for his appointment which pleased my schedule and I welcomed him to arrive early. He inspected the problem and advised me that my spring was getting weak, but I declined a replacement spring at this time. He proceeded to change out all my rollers and lubricate all parts of the door which greatly diminished the offensive noises which prompted my call in the first place. Sean was respectful at all times and worked at a remarkable speed. You have a great employee in Sean. I would recommend your company for your services. *****.

I thought that my garage doors were working fine and just needed a little tune up but when Precision did their review and determined what I actually could use it made me glad I called them in now before I had a bad thing happen that would have caused some bigger expense in the future. Not only was Precision the most reasonably priced, the work performed by their technician, Eric, was outstanding. Eric installed a new door and opener at my house within 3 hours by himself. A neighbor recently used Precision for a new garage door and opener. I needed an opener and when the bracket on my old wooden door snapped, I felt that was the time to have some work done. After all the options were explained to me of the repair, I thought it was better to just get a new door and upgrade to a nice, quiet opener. The two technicians who visited my home were very nice and knew what they were doing. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I live abroad and my tenants had an issue with our Garage Door sticking while opening. I have had Precision come out previously and they fixed the issue without any problems. So I advised my tenants to call them again. This time, they came out on a Sunday, to fix what we thought was a serious issue, turns out it was just where we recently repainted and the door was sticking. Their technician instructed our tenants on how to fix this, and got the doors working fine. All at no cost to us. Thanks folks' certainly gives us peace of mind while abroad that we know great workmen who will do exactly what is required, in a timely manner and we know we will not be "ripped-off". I highly recommend Precision for any issues you have with your doors. Both times I have used them they have exceeded our expectations.

On time, relatively kind, but labor prices were extremely high. I called and spoke with the president of the company and he took $100 off labor price. Good service, but pricing was higher than other companies. For a project that took less than an hour, I was quoted a labor price of $179 - a little bit ridiculous. Also there is a random tax thrown onto your bill at the end which you don't see until the emailed receipt - frustrating.

My experience with Precision was great. This was probably the 2nd time in my life to ever call a garage door service company. I had no idea who to call until I looked at Precision's Web page and read the great reviews they had received. My mind was made up that this would be the company for me. I learned quickly that Precision was definitely true to the review reputation. After calling them, Mike West, Service Tech, came to replace my broken spring. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about what he was going to do. He presented the plan to me and let me make the decision on which of the two springs, based on the warranty of both, to use. Absolutely No sales pressure. The job was completed quickly and the garage door works perfectly. Mike and Precision are definitely 5 Star.

Garage door spring broke Christmas Night! By 1:00 P.M. the next day, door and spring were repaired! Great job by Mike West, service technician. Ok lets begin with getting a new garage door is not like getting a new big screen TV. But when you need one, you need one. So i did all the homework. Even went to a home improvement show. My search began with neighbors and their experiences. Then I called or emailed at least four providers that had good marks. Tim at precision doors was the most knowledgeable person. His recommendations on the type of door and lift needed, led to our decision to purchase it from him. When the installer Eric arrived to do the job he was fantastic! Removed and hauled away all the old door and its components. He installed new tracks,rollers,the lifting motor, outside trim , and the door. Eric pointed out a nick on one of the panels, caused in shipping. He immediately ordered a replacement panel, and when the panel came in, he returned to finish the project. Are we happy with the door and the work performed? Yes. So if you are in need of a door i would recommend you at least talk to precision doors. Ask for Eric to do the install, you wont be disappointed. As for the big screen TV, my grand daughter came up with the idea to use the inside of the garage door as a movie screen and they love going to the movies in Pops and Mimis garage.
