I really wish I could provide you with a better rating but will try to begin with the positives. Both your salesmen and technician were very professional and provide us with the information we needed during the process. Unfortunately, once we made the deposit and selected the doors, we did not hear from your office until I finally called 3 weeks later. The doors were installed this past weekend and look good with the exception of missing the outside black door handle and hinge hardware. This required another call to Scott who stated it was not on his work order and would follow-up. Clean-up was not complete as I noticed 3 machine screws in my driveway in addition to I long wood screw plus a bunch of washers on the floor of my garage. The machine screws appear to be new and the long wood screw is from my old wooden doors. Anyway, this comment is only intended to help your business and not solicit anything addition with the exception of completing installing the door black hinges and door handles. Regards, Mike

Mike We had recently hired (my son actually) and shifted some areas of responsibility within my organization. During the transition, it appears I failed to completely define as I should have some key roles for a period of a week or so. We had a couple of instances where we absolutely dropped the ball. Unfortunately, you were one of the customers. Reviews like yours help us to quickly identify issues and see what went wrong. I am glad that the interface with our sales group and technicians was positive, and I take complete responsibility for the other issues. Excellent customer services. Technician called ahead to let us know he was running a bit late. After he arrived, quickly diagnosed issues with the garage opener, recommended changing it, and installed it within 1 hour.

Used Angie's List for a tune-up and new rollers that were included in the price. Mr.Valerio(Service Tech) came out to the house and asked a few questions then went to work on the tune-up. He was quick, efficient and knew his business. Did have a small issue a day later and he came out identified the issue and quickly resolved the problem no questions asked. If I have an issue in the future I would use this company again and recommend to anybody that has a garage door issues.

The service and responsiveness to our initial service call and the accommodation to the urgency of our broken door by Geido was excellent. He also was prepared to provide a safe door until a new door solution could be installed. He expedited the delivery and offered sound counsel. Precision then sent Eric to do the installation, who called in advance and took care of the installation with professionalism and flexibility with our family's schedule. He completed the work in less time than expected and we very very pleased with the value we received for our thee afore double steel 12 moon light double door! It's beautiful! We did. molars with other Garage Door companies are very pleased with our choice.

We were very pleased with the quick response to repair the spring on our garage door. We called Precision late Saturday afternoon and had a technician at our house by 1:00 on Sunday. Travis was very thorough in his repair, taking the time to explain to my husband what he had done as well as give recommendations for future routine maintenance. We would definitely call Precision for any of our garage repair/replacement needs in the future.

Mark did an excellent job repairing my wife's garage door. He was very thorough, very punctual, and went the extra mile to include aligning our internet cable parallel to the top of the garage door opening to ensure the door closed securely. Mark has excellent customer service skills and is more than likely a real asset to your company. Give him a bonus. He deserves it.

We are extremely pleased with the work performed by our technician, Sean. He was very professional and courteous.
