My garage door springs broke at 7:30am while my wife was backing out, I was very happy that the door miss the car as it came down hard. Made calls to a few repair companies to get my spring replace, I choose Precision because of the professional way they handled my call, by 2pm my garage door was up and running again. I had 2 springs and 10 rollers replaced and I am very happy with the service and cost.

I purchased two new Linear openers installed in mid-Dec by Mark Mosely. He did a great job, quick, and professional. I was very satisfied with the openers performance but after 3 weeks one of the openers quit responding to input from remotes. Even the manual wall mounted button was sporadic. I called and Precision sent a technician out the next day. Sean arrived exactly on time, and after some basic troubleshooting, decided to replace the entire motor unit under warranty. Again, great job, quick and professional. Although the failure of the initial opener was a disappointment, the service provided by the technicians exceeded my expectations. It is very appreciated.

Garage door tune-up. They called when en-route - arrived on time - very personable and professional - they recommended the safety cables and after explaining how they worked, I agreed to the installation as the springs had "sprung" off previously and I was lucky they did not hit me.

Representative was courteous, informative and professional. On 12/23, the Installation Tech called to give me updates during the day to advise of delays on earlier installs to apologize and assure me that although he would be late, he most definitely would get the job done and although he didn't arrive until after 5:30PM, he did exactly what he said he would with a friendly, energetic, professional attitude. Overall, my experience was very positive.

The sales person explained my different options before the sale and Eric explained everything after the install. There was never a rush to make the sale or a rush to leave after the install. I called @ 10:15am and by 1:00pm, I had a technician in my driveway. Justin was fantastic and educated me as he diagnosed my problem. He had all the tools in his truck and the entire repair was no longer than 45 minutes. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and an utmost professional. I am very hard to please and he effortlessly did so.

We are very pleased with percision and both of our new garage door openers. Sean came to our home at 6:oopm and told us exactly what was needed. He completed all work by 9:00pm. What a great job!!! We were very impressed with him and his ability and knowledge. He was simply outstanding. One of the doors would not open the next day and one call to him and it was fixed by him almost immediately.
