We are extremely pleased with the work performed by our technician, Sean. He was very professional and courteous. He performed the work requested and gave us an honest evaluation of our problem so we could make an informed decision about having him do an additional upgrade to our door. He called before arriving to let up know he was on his way. We really liked the way Precision emailed us information ahead of time confirming our appointment and including the name of our technician along with a picture of him. We'll definitely recommend Precision to our friends.

Kudos to Precision Garage Door Service but especially to Sean (our tech). Gave us a few options on the repair and explained in details. Since it was my son's house and they're just starting out we opted for the cheaper option. Unlike others I've dealt with in the past Sean was truly OK with it. Got the job done in no time and even performed some maintenance on the garage door parts. I'm already planning on calling them in the near future to change out my 20 year old garage door and will certainly request for Sean

What a GREAT experience! We had a quote done by another company and I just didn't have a great feeling about them. I called Precision to do a quote for a motor replacement. Not only was the representative over the top professional and accommodating, but I also feel like we got a great quality product at a great price. We will never use another company again.

Mark did an excellent job repairing my wife's garage door. He was very thorough, very punctual, and went the extra mile to include aligning our internet cable parallel to the top of the garage door opening to ensure the door closed securely. Mark has excellent customer service skills and is more than likely a real asset to your company. Give him a bonus. He deserves it.
