Sean came to my house to diagnose the problem with my garage door opener. I ended up getting a new opener, spring and rollers to my make my garage door perform like new. He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous and did the job in a hot garage in no time! Being an idiot, I damaged my garage door. It was pretty bad. Precision was the only one of the "24 hours companies" that answered the phone and were able to come out same day. Jojo came out and explained the damage and what he can repair. Within hours of breaking the door, JoJo had the door up and running like new. He serviced the entire system as well and opening and closing the door is much quieter than before. I would definitely come back to Precision (hopefully I get JoJo again) and will recommend them to all my neighbors.

Today we had maintenance done on our garage door and a new garage door opener installed. Sean called before arriving and asked if he could come earlier than the appointment time. That was great! He was very knowledgeable and provided excellent and professional customer service. He took the time to thoroughly inspect our garage door and afterwards gave us a detailed description of the maintenance options and costs before beginning to work on the door. He worked quickly and efficiently. After repairs and installation he went over all the repairs he made and demonstrated how to use our new garage door opener. His work looked very clean and neat. We especially appreciated that he used a mask and gloves and sprayed all the areas that he touched with a disinfectant. Overall it was a excellent experience.
