I was very pleased with the service I received. They came a few hours after I called. The technician was very professional and courteous and completed the work in a couple of hours. Your technicians installed an operator and springs. Everything went well. However, when I was trying to install the remote app on my phone, I could not complete the process because it appears that it isn’t capable of doing so even though the controller at the inside said I could do so. I would like this feature since it appears I paid for it. Otherwise the technicians were polite, professional and completed the service in a timely manner

Andres Garcia was able to fix a broken torsion spring within 24 hrs of my phone call. It was one of the best experiences as a customer I've had. Andre's was great about explaining what needed to be fixed and presenting several repair options for a variable budget. My wife and I were equally impressed with how thoroughly he explained things after the fix was done and what additional steps we could take to ensure our doors last a long time. Shaun installed my new garage opener. In addition he replaced the rollers and springs on the door. He showed me how to set my car and external door opener up including using my new phone app. The door now operates very quietly and smoothly. I needed a garage door fixed and my neighbor recommended Precision Door Atlanta. When I called to make an appointment they originally said that they could not come until between 4-8pm. Within a few hours Joe called me and said he would be arriving around 1:45 (which he did). Which I was thrilled that it would be fixed before my husband arrived home. Joe was very knowledgeable and efficient with his work. We look forward to working with him.

In October 2019 our garage door motor burned out because our house was built with an industrial-size door. Precision replaced the motor, and took steps to make the door easier to open and sturdier. The new motor worked fine until yesterday, when the weight of the door bent a sprocket. Because we were covered by their warranty, Precision replaced the motor with a new, stronger motor at no cost. Jeremy was our repairman both times, and was very helpful and efficient. We highly recommend their services!

Being an idiot, I damaged my garage door. It was pretty bad. Precision was the only one of the "24 hours companies" that answered the phone and were able to come out same day. Jojo came out and explained the damage and what he can repair. Within hours of breaking the door, JoJo had the door up and running like new. He serviced the entire system as well and opening and closing the door is much quieter than before. I would definitely come back to Precision (hopefully I get JoJo again) and will recommend them to all my neighbors.
