I started using precision in 2017 when I had a door replaced. Since that time every time I saw your add on t.v. I would say "all true" . So when i was having problems with my closure my first thought was precision, and I was not disappointed. David was courteous, and very helpful, price was more than i thought it would be, but fair. I thought all my garage door needed was to have the track secured to the wall but Juan explained there was more going on than what appeared to be wrong on the surface. He was honest and professional and I decided to have an overhaul service performed which I could not be more pleased with! My door now operates more smoothly and quietly than ever before ….. did I mention my home is only 4 yrs old? I trust Precision enough to recommend them to my friends, family & neighbors! Excellent. Juan, was my installer, and he did a great job. Door opener is so quiet, we can not even hear it. Juan went above and beyond making sure everything was installed perfectly and we were satisfied before he left. Definitely 5 out of 5 stars to Precision Doors and Juan for the installation.
