The service interaction from start to finish was excellent. I was impressed by the 24/7 service availability. The service representative answer my call on a Sunday evening and did her best to find an available tech. With no avail she offered a 8am -12p service visit on the next day. The tech (Dustin) called as schedule and was at my home that morning. He was very knowledgable and made the repair very quickly. The orignal problem was the door spring had popped. His confidence in completion with alll the parts on his truck was great. The experience by far was exceptional. I would highly recommend Precision for garage expertise.

David was a great technician. He called me about 30 minutes before his arrival time. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Before I decided on which openers to buy, David informed me of all the warranties and how to keep the door and motor in good condition. He also discussed pricing up front, so there were no surprises after installation. It was very hot out, but David was great at getting the job done quickly. He even offered to help program the Garage door wife and vehicle openers as well. This is the second house I’ve used Precision for and their customer service and technicians are top notch.
