Dustin very clearly explained what the problem was and how he interned to correct it. He also provided recommendations on maintaining the equipment to increase it life cycle. Dustin was very polite and cleaned up all the debris from the replacement. We are very pleased with the workmanship and results.

I feel that this fellow was a scam artist. He used High pressure tactics. He just wouldn't take that I could not purchase something, that he wanted me to purchase today. He wanted to replace the springs; the motor, and then he wanted another $125, for a service call, to tighten the screws that were apparently coming loose. He said he would take a post dated check (3 or 4 times); that I wouldn't get this good a deal any other day; that we can do it all while I'm here now. I had to say, an excessive amount of time: I can't do it today; I don't have the money; I have a check coming next week, I will call you then; I have a termite guy coming today that I need to have money for him (which was absolutely true). He brought out the box, thinking that I would change my mind, if he showed me the box. He first wanted to replace a whole panel. When I asked him if he could just replace the door with a new rail and rubber, he said no. Until, he called someone, and then it became acceptable to do that. This is why I don't like calling a strange company from an advertisement- someone I don't know. I will not call your company back now, after the fellow got me so aggravated. I turned from starting to like the fellow at first to total dislike. He had all of the indicia of high pressure sales techniques. If this is how your company operates, you will not get any recommendation from me.

Buyer Beware: I assumed this was a reputable company based on their BBB rating, but turned out to be no better than a crooked mechanic who knows they have you under their finger once they are there and massively overcharges you for their service. I called and asked how much it would cost to replace the broken springs on my garage door. I was told on the phone that it would cost probably between 80 to 180 dollars depending on the springs. I was well, yes I could do it much cheaper myself, but I would have to wait to order the springs and my car was trapped in the garage unti it was changed, so I figured the price was reasonable enough and told them to go ahead and come out. Once he arrived, the sales job began due to him knowing he had us stuck to a service call charge if we said no. He started calling out all the other things that he thought should be changed on the door besides just the springs. Which was basically everything. The end bearings, the rollers and if you get the max package we can put "special" springs and rollers in but that will be 200 dollar more. I was told that to do the basics was 620 dollars before tax. The high pressure sale was on, I was between a rock and a hard place, now I knew this was way over priced, but I had no choice but to agree to it. He finished the job in less than two hours. I priced the parts he used out online and for the two springs, the end barings and the rollers, the cost of parts to me, which I'm sure they get cheaper was just over 100 dollars. That means they charged me over 500 dollars in labor, over 250 dollars an hour to complete this job. They didn't even break out parts and labor on their invoice they gave me to hide how much the labor was. An incredible rip off. I honestly don't know how a business that is an unethical as this gets the ratings you get, but you screwed the crap out of me on your labor costs becuase you knew you could and you should be ashamed of yourself. Honesty and ethics is something that goes a long way in this world and unfortunately Precision Door service cares more about making money than being fair and honest. If I were you, I would keep an eye out for Mrs. Karma, becuase she can be a real bitch! Don't make the mistake to believe the person on the phone and have them come out unless money isn't an issue for you, because you will pay "way" more than you should have to with this company. Buyer Beware!!!!

David called and gave me a 30 minute arrival time. He was very knowledgeable on the type door system I had. He was very courteous. He fixed the broken spring and lubricated the door. I had two garage doors and one opener put on new house. They were installed in 2015. The j arm pulled the bracket off the door. The original installer didn't put the right arc j arm on. They sent someone out the next day to fix and put the right hardware on and to reprogram the opener.

Had new garage door openers installed. amazed at how quiet they are. we have a bedroom above the garage, old units were loud and noisy. Dustin was our technician. he called before coming, was prompt, explained everything that needed to be done, did a very professional job, and was very personable. will definitely ask for him again. love the new quiet garage door openers. Precision website is great, got to see photos of the technician before he came, read reviews, and drug testing. Precision is the best!
