Can’t say enough good things about Mr. Garcia, our technician. He repaired the damage to our track, did a complete inspection of the equipment and educated us on all aspects of maintenance. He even showed me how to use an app on my phone to open the door! Precision is lucky to have him! Will definitely call Precision again!

The representative failed to put the roller back on the track. So, nothing was done. My problem was left unresolved. Horrible service!!!

Ed gave us a courtesy call to advise that he was in route and he arrived on time. He was very professional and courteous. We were torn between repairing or replacing our door to which he gave us his professional advice. So we decided to replace our garage door and opener. The quick response and BBB rating were an added bonus. Can’t wait until the intstall.

Met my expectations, great service, competent and courteous staff. Tyler stayed until all issues were resolved. Only issue is I am not able to connect my phone using the myQ app with the garage door opener. I'm following all the instructions and I'm fairly computer literate but it is not working...
