My garage door would not open at all. I was very pleased to be able to have a technician come out the next day after I called. The technician was professional , explained the problem and the different repair options and costs. I chose an option and he repaired my garage door. I was very satisfied withe results. Can’t say enough good things about Mr. Garcia, our technician. He repaired the damage to our track, did a complete inspection of the equipment and educated us on all aspects of maintenance. He even showed me how to use an app on my phone to open the door! Precision is lucky to have him! Will definitely call Precision again!
