The representative failed to put the roller back on the track. So, nothing was done. My problem was left unresolved. Horrible service!!!

Ed gave us a courtesy call to advise that he was in route and he arrived on time. He was very professional and courteous. We were torn between repairing or replacing our door to which he gave us his professional advice. So we decided to replace our garage door and opener. The quick response and BBB rating were an added bonus. Can’t wait until the intstall.

Robert, the technician that came out to repair my garage door did an outstanding job! Our technician, Juan, was courteous and helpful. He didn’t try to upsell us on any unnecessary products and was very informative in explaining what we needed to fix and why. Cannot recommend Juan enough!

Met my expectations, great service, competent and courteous staff. Tyler stayed until all issues were resolved. Only issue is I am not able to connect my phone using the myQ app with the garage door opener. I'm following all the instructions and I'm fairly computer literate but it is not working...
