On yesterday when I got home from work I met with Roy. I told him the issues I was having with my garage. He explained to me all my options. Bottom line I needed a new system. Roy was extremely professional, very patient in explaining all my options and very detailed once he installed my new system. He has excellent customer service. My technician, Jeremy was absolutely AMAZING!! I could not have asked for a better experience. As a first-time home buyer of a new construction, I was extremely apprehensive about hiring companies to do work at my home because I didn't want to be taken advantage of financially. I called Precision about 8:45 pm and our technician called within 10 minutes to say he’d be there within the hour and he was prompt! It turned out to be more complicated than we originally thought and he was very thorough and completed all the repairs staying almost 1 am.
