Guy came out and did not want to do the job because of pet which would not have been in there while he was doing the job and complained about smell. Well a dog lives in the garage which should not have been a problem would not do job

We did speak with the technician that came out to your property to better understand what was going on. He had zero problem with your dog being there. It is the company's policy to not put our technician's health in danger due to unsanitary conditions. It is certainly not standard practice for us to leave a job unless the homeowner doesn't agree to do the quoted work.
