Pricey but feel like it was competitive. It has been 13 years since I had to have a new opener and spring. Service was excellent. The installer was extremely knowledgeable. The job was done in a matter of hours. Completely satisfied and will recommend and use again.

We called Precision to fix our garage door and were delighted from the initial contact by phone all the way through the process. Shawn called on his way, arrived on time, and was extremely professional. He did a diagnostic on the door and then thoroughly explained 4 different options to correct our problems. He worked quickly and resolved all of our issues, then walked us through what he had done and made certain we were totally satisfied prior to leaving. We will be calling Precision again! Excellent service!!!!

My technician Michael Powell was very courteous and professional he called thirty minutes prior to his arrival as the dispatch person said that he would, I had a slight problem with my garage opener falling away from my home's ceiling from years of wear/tear; Michael assessed the problem fixed it in less than ten minutes and made recommendations for what may need to be done in the future. We will use Precision Doors again and I hope Michael is our technician. I will refer you guys to family and friends.

Roy was EXCELLENT. He was very knowledgeable and experienced in his service to my mother in laws home in Atlanta. I highly recommend this company and have used them for my home in Snellville on multiple occasions. In my opinion they are the best in the business! Thank you again Precision and Roy!!

Great fast service with a smile, We called and PDS was able to get someone over the same day. The tech showed up at the beginning of the agreed 4 hour time slot, not late or right at the end as often happens. The work was done in a couple of hours, after diagnosis and estimate. The estimate was exactly what we paid. If the other unit goes wrong in the future, we will call PSD again.

Precision has replaced 3 garage door openers for me at different times. Each time they have been able to schedule the work very quickly, the same or next day. The installers were very professional, quick and thorough. I am very impressed with this company's service. Its rare to find such dependable help these days. The costs were very reasonable.

Michael did a great job of fixing my Garage Doors. He changed out the springs on each of the doors and adjusted the door so it was not so noisy. He was able to even provide me a second remote control for one of my garage doors. Great Job!!!

Mr. Roy Thomas came to my home as per my request to look at the garage door. He did a through inspection, he clearly indicated what needed to be done so that the garage door opened properly. I told him what my concerns were. He inspected the garage door and clearly explained my options. He did a great job correcting the problem. I like that Precision keeps up with the use of Wifi and the system is appropriate for the times we live in. Mr. Thomas did a fantastic job and I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs assistance with a faulty garage or in need of a new garage door(s).

Our garage doors were installed by Precision three years ago, and yesterday one door would not open. A technician came out today and cleared the wires that had gotten in the way of the track. They did not charge for this, for which we were very glad. We thought the problem was possibly caused by how the wires were installed years ago. It was reassuring that the company treated us fairly! We give them 5 ????????????????????

Very, very questionable pricing with a strong "What can I get out of this house" component. Technician arrived later than promised (end of day), did the quote on notebook paper with no back-up reference material like a typed pricelist, and managed the invoice so labor was not shown separately. The net of it is I paid $700 for 2 springs and 3 brackets. I also paid sales tax on the full bill as opposed to only the parts if the labor was listed separately. The parts are good, the technician professional and clearly competent. But I am left with a feeling I was hosed a good bit because I live in a nice home. I sent a note back to them summarizing my concerns, but have not received any response.

New opener faster, quieter; old opener was not sized properly for door and burned the motor. New opener is much better and was repaired same day. Sean was very professional and explained everything very clearly.

i liked getting a text saying my technician was on his way to my home. He was scheduled to come between 4:00 and 6:00. he was there at 4:00. he fixed it then told me how i could maybe fix if it happened again. i really appreciate his honesty.
