These guys are awesome. They installed 2 LiftMaster for me with WiFi capability. 6 months later, the old springs on my door broke. Gave me a great deal on fixing and servicing BOTH doors so I wouldn’t have a problem again. Then my WiFi went out a few months later and knocked my doors offline (thanks Comcast!) Precison sent a tech out and reprogrammed them for me and gave me a nice discount on the visit on top of it. Always fair, friendly and on time. Wouldn’t use anyone else.

Both springs on double wide door had popped broken in the middle of the night with the car inside. Contacted Precision in the morning based on reviews. They were able to send technician Joshua that afternoon on schedule. Joshua did an assessment; described all the various options and pricing differences to select from. After my selection and approval, my door was timely repaired up and running smoothly. Great job!

My garage broke on my way to work and I needed it repaired immediately as the door would not go down completely leaving my home vulnerable. Submitted an online inquiry Re: broken garage door spring on Sun Feb 3 (Super Bowl) expecting to hear back from them on Monday Feb 4th. To my great surprise the owner (Tim) called me back approximately 1 1/2- 2 hours later that same day, and set things up for the next day. Thank you Tim for your courtesy. In this day of little or NO customer service, it was refreshing to receive such great service! The service provided by Chasen was awesome. On time, very professional, knowledgeable, patient & showed genuine concern. He represented your company very well and I would ABSOLUTELY recommend PRECISION.

Ed was awesome! He was really knowledgeable and was able to fix my issue the same day (even though it was a pretty big job). The quality of the work he did is second to none, and he even took the time to offer to help program the garage door opener on my car. I called several garage door companies to come and provide a quote for a new door, all of which never showed or called. My last call was to Precision. Jason the sales consultant showed up on time, measured and provided samples and options for me to choose from. He explained the products, services and installation steps and was extremely knowledgeable and passionate. Once my installer came and began work I knew he was going to have a hard time due to the low clearance, but he worked diligently and professionally and overcame some challenges others would have walked away from. He clearly had the customer experience in mind and never gave up. Thank you Precision from consulting to install you guys were Fantastic! My door looks and functions great and I highly recommend your services and products!
