I chose Precision because of their ratings on Angies List as well as the number of good reviews. I also read many of the reviews to learn what customers liked or disliked about the company's service. The likes far outweighed the dislikes. My door was inoperable after becoming figity in the freezing temps over the past several weeks. Rockey called to see if he could arrive earlier than the appt time and that worked for me. He tested the connection to make sure there was power and reset the opener. He verified its operation and also programmed my homelink opener in my car, which is what I had been trying to do when the opener totally failed. He answered my questions about the sensors which weren't acting as they should. He provided a quote for a new opener and upon my request, provided a quote for a replacement door. I was pleased with the service and the service call cost. I will use them again and recommend to others.

Everything went smoothly from the sales to install. Orion Smith as the sales person was outstanding. He was very patient and always answered my texts and emails promptly with on point responses. These responses helped shape my decision to go with Precison Garage Door over few other great competitors. We bought a new garage door which, unfortunately, revealed a sagging floor that the new door's retainer at the bottom didn't adequately cover. When chipmunks got into the garage, Precision Door came back out at no cost to put on a larger retainer and attach it properly so the critters wouldn't get back in. Thank you!
