We needed a spring repair on our garage door. We called Precision based on their excellent ratings and are happy that we did. We were scheduled for the next day, which surprisingly to us was on a Sunday. James called 45 minutes ahead of arrival, clearly explained the steps, options and costs. He replaced the spring and rollers and lubed all the key parts all within about an hour. He was very courteous and we would request his services again. Our new springs even with our 15 yr old door are super quiet. Job well done James.

Once again Precision Door has responded quickly at a reasonable price and with excellent work. I just sold my house, and Brandon Seligman installed a new garage door opener the buyer requested for a 2nd garage door that did not have an opener. Brandon was able to determine the garage was only pre-wired for the one opener I already had, and that a lot of extra external wiring was necessary. He got my ok for that in advance, got every extra foot strung appropriately, and thankfully the extra wiring is thin & white so it barely shows.

I called Precision for a tune-up of our garage doors. We have a tune-up done every year. We usually have a different company do the tune-up, but thought we'd try Precision for a change. The service man was on time. He quickly looked over everything and said we needed work done that would cost between $600-$1200. I said no thanks. Then he said it would be $89/door (we have 2 doors). I told him that's not what I was told on the phone when I made the appointment. He said ok, it would be $89 total. He did the tune-up for $89 total. I would not call them again.

Brandon was great. Came on time. Immediately installed a new opener and spring system. Was friendly and helpful. However, I think Precision's pricing could be more competitive - so minus 1 star for not having the best pricing.

The technician Chase Dasilva is an absolute pro at his job. He showed up was super friendly and talkative. He checked all issues with the door and gave me my options. He went above any beyond by checking every single screw on the garage door and lubricating all required parts. He works so fluently, as each step is calculated and precise. This man deserves a raise immediately!

Precision previously repaired broken springs for us and provided amazing service for both sets of doors that were overdue in receiving preventive maintenance. When we recently encountered some issues with our door design and installation (from when the house was built) Precision came and expertly saved the day. I met with a number of different companies regarding installation of a beautiful glass panel anodized aluminum garage door. I found the staff at Precision to be responsive and very easy to work with. Our 13 year old opener was having issues. I called in the morning and the technician came early afternoon. He evaluated the issue and recommended choices. We ended up getting a new motor unit and replacing parts on the door. He did an excellent job and was very courteous. Hopefully we won't need to call back for a while but if something comes up we'll call again
