I called on a Sunday to have my garage door opener motor unit replaced, and it was replaced by 11:00 AM the next morning. The associate who made my appointment for the next day was friendly and courteous. The technician who replaced the motor was professional and quick. I received 5-Star service. I would recommend Precision to anyone.

Rocky contacted me because he was able to come earlier than scheduled. At the time I was across town at urgent care with my son. He immediately expressed his concern for my son, and actually arrive at my home before I did. Rocky, was very courteous informative. Precision was recommended by a friend that used their services. I got three quotes and felt Precision was the best one. Although they made me aware of the higher priced options, I just didn't need them and they worked with me to put together a package that was a fit for me. The quote was clear, the timing for install was quick, and the install itself was very thorough and clean. The installer, Rick, was really good and very friendly. Great job!

I can say that I am 100% pleased with the service I received. I placed a call at 7am in the morning due to a broken garage door. I was given a time frame between 12pm and 4pm. The technician called me when he was 30 minutes out from 12pm. He replaced the spring on my garage system in about 30 minutes and voila' it works again. Thanks Precision!

I chose Precision because of their ratings on Angies List as well as the number of good reviews. I also read many of the reviews to learn what customers liked or disliked about the company's service. The likes far outweighed the dislikes. My door was inoperable after becoming figity in the freezing temps over the past several weeks. Rockey called to see if he could arrive earlier than the appt time and that worked for me. He tested the connection to make sure there was power and reset the opener. He verified its operation and also programmed my homelink opener in my car, which is what I had been trying to do when the opener totally failed. He answered my questions about the sensors which weren't acting as they should. He provided a quote for a new opener and upon my request, provided a quote for a replacement door. I was pleased with the service and the service call cost. I will use them again and recommend to others.

Everything went smoothly from the sales to install. Orion Smith as the sales person was outstanding. He was very patient and always answered my texts and emails promptly with on point responses. These responses helped shape my decision to go with Precison Garage Door over few other great competitors. Visiting the showroom was also very helpful in finalizing our choices for the garage doors and windows. Most competitors don’t have a showroom.... Tyler and Jeff as installers came on time and were extremely efficient. They took time to answer all our questions and provided several helpful insights on the operation of the garage doors. The whole experience was awesome and we would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone who is considering replacing their garage doors!

I had a garage door opener installed on a recently purchased home. Mr, Snyder was on time, thorough and had my garage door up and running in no time. No complaints whatsoever. Would recommend to anyone looking for a garage door opener install!
