I chose Precision based on being accredited with the BBB and the stellar reviews. I needed to replace a motor, springs, rollers, etc. and my tech, Shaun, gave me several options to choose from. I went with the mac daddy of motors and after everything was installed I am very satisfied! Shaun told me I would be happy with my choice and I am! My door is so quiet!! Everything running so smoothly! He was thorough in explaining how everything worked and very professional. Precision will be the only garage door company I need! Highly recommend!!

I was surprised this morning with garage door failing which required me to get help quickly. I was told a technician would arrive between 12Noon and 4pm. I was pleasantly surprised when Shaun Sewell arrived in only 20 minutes. Due to the spring and cable failing on one door and discovering that the rollers were all corroded, I had all cables, rollers, pulleys and new mounting brackets installed. The work was efficient, accurate, focused and results were excellent restoring both doors to optimum performance. Shaun knew his process and all products well. I have full confidence in calling on him again for follow-up projects.
