I called Precision in the morning and they had someone come out early that afternoon. The repairman called prior to arrival and showed up right on time. He diagnosed the problem and offered me a few solutions in different price points. Once we agreed on a course of action, he was quick and courteous. Overall I was thoroughly impressed and will absolutely use them again and refer them to those that ask. I highly recommend them.

Alan Harp, the Precision Door technician, called to say that he was on his way and provided an estimate of how long it would take him to arrive. That is soooo helpful when it's a morning appointment (as mine was) and the customer is NOT a morning person! Not only did Alan Harp quickly diagnose the cause of the malfunction and perform the necessary repairs, but he also gave advice on proper maintenance of the system and revealed features about the system I didn't even know it had! Before any work was done, he laid out the price -- and I was relieved. As for his manner, he was exceedingly courteous, pleasant and professional.

The door looks fantastic and it's so quiet you barely know it's moving. Our old door was so loud you could hear it throughout the house. The best upgrade we've made to the house yet.

My technician arrived early and we discussed what to do about the noisiest garage door opener in creation. I ended up with a new motor, springs, rollers, the works, including new remotes and a keypad. I hated spending the money but I am so happy with my door that makes no noise. I love having the keypad, too. I will add that my technician was personable and we got along very well. He is a credit to the business.

I chose Precision based on being accredited with the BBB and the stellar reviews. I needed to replace a motor, springs, rollers, etc. and my tech, Shaun, gave me several options to choose from. I went with the mac daddy of motors and after everything was installed I am very satisfied! Shaun told me I would be happy with my choice and I am! My door is so quiet!! I was surprised this morning with garage door failing which required me to get help quickly. I was told a technician would arrive between 12Noon and 4pm. I was pleasantly surprised when Shaun Sewell arrived in only 20 minutes. Due to the spring and cable failing on one door and discovering that the rollers were all corroded, I had all cables, rollers, pulleys and new mounting brackets installed. The work was efficient, accurate, focused and results were excellent restoring both doors to optimum performance. Shaun knew his process and all products well. I have full confidence in calling on him again for follow-up projects.
