Highly recommend Precision. Had a garage door spring break over the holidays. They were on the job within 24 hours. Provided a comprehensive estimate with no high-pressure selling and listened to my needs and concerns. Job was completed within 90 minutes and the garage works better now than it did before I have a broken spring.

We contacted Precision during the Christmas holiday break for garage door repairs. The customer service was spectacular from the time we called and it never ended. Precision was able to send a technician out immediately. As promised, the technician granted us a courtesy call 45 minutes before arrival to our home. When Rocky arrived, he was extremely pleasant to work with. It took him only minutes to convince us that our garage doors needed to be replaced. In a time where customer service is severely lacking, we were ecstatic to find a company like Precision who holds customer satisfaction in such high regard. We will definitely recommend Precision to our family, friends and colleagues. NOTE TO PRECISION OWNERS: Please give Rocky a raise or a bonus! He truly is a treasure and an asset to your team!

I had some difficulty getting my garage door to close all the way. Travis came out to fix it and discovered the problem could be fixed with simple maintenance procedures. Company tech Cody showed up within the two-hour service window, quickly diagnosed the problems, presented written quotes for the alternative fixes he proposed, and accomplished the work on same visit. No surprises, and door seems to work very well now. I did not get quotes from other providers so I can't say I compared cost, but I think what I was charged was reasonable. One caveat: Cody's singing is not ready for prime time!
