We contacted Precision during the Christmas holiday break for garage door repairs. The customer service was spectacular from the time we called and it never ended. Precision was able to send a technician out immediately. As promised, the technician granted us a courtesy call 45 minutes before arrival to our home. When Rocky arrived, he was extremely pleasant to work with. It took him only minutes to convince us that our garage doors needed to be replaced. Company tech Cody showed up within the two-hour service window, quickly diagnosed the problems, presented written quotes for the alternative fixes he proposed, and accomplished the work on same visit. No surprises, and door seems to work very well now. I did not get quotes from other providers so I can't say I compared cost, but I think what I was charged was reasonable. One caveat: Cody's singing is not ready for prime time!
