The service Rep, Al, was on time, professional and did explain the costs in advance. It was only after he was finished did it hit me that $488 to replace a couple of springs inside of 30 minutes was over the top. What could I do? I couldn't ask him to undo his work. So I had to write a check for almost five hundred bucks for half an hour's work and perhaps $100 in parts. The worst feeling is that I should have stopped them from doing the work in the first place, so shame on me. That said, shame on this company for gouging their customers. There are similar reviews about Precision around the country, should have done my research.

Our service was amazing! They came out early on a Sunday morning the day after we called. Our technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He was very efficient and had our new garage opener with new springs and key pad replaced the same day... Within two hours. I feel their price was fair considering the convince and professionalism. First class company with great owners and employees! The garage door was installed today, and I couldn't be happier. From the quote (which was lower than anyone else by hundreds) to the install, the experience was seamless. After two months of dealing with Comcast nightmares, today was a welcome departure from what appears to be the norm with most companies lately. I have already recommended them to two of my neighbors that are looking for a garage door company.

Travis did an excellent job installing my new Liftmaster Door opener it runs much smoother than my previous "Genie" door opener which only lasted 2 years......... that came with my house............ but as the old saying goes" you get what you pay for" after the installation he went above and and beyond to lubricate my tracks, hinges and etc. Good clean-up when completed job, very good work
