I called Precision Door Service because of all of the positive reviews that I read online. I was assigned Travis Plemmons as my service rep. Travis was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He called me 45 minutes before he arrived and after an initial assessment, he worked tirelessly to get the job done. I will definitely recommend both Travis and Precision Door Service to both clients (I'm a Realtor) and family / friends.

Prompt reply to request for quote. Salesman personable, accurate, low-key. Service technician quick, quiet and competent. Initial problem that technician arrived with wrong door but one week later quickly installed proper door. No issues, no problems. What I expected from a quality service.

Had a great experience with this group! Our garage door spring malfunctioned on a Friday evening on a weekend when we had a ton of company coming over. I called Precision right away and they were able to come out mid-day on Saturday to get the problem fixed. Very easy to work with, and our garage door has never worked (and sounded) better.

Travis was excellent. He inspected my garage door per the "Tune-up" coupon I purchased from Angies List. As it turned out I needed new cables and new rollers. He showed me the worn parts and explained what needed to be done. During this inspection he also discovered the lower panel of my door was rotten (Door is 20+ years old) He was able to get a new panel and installed it the next day. He was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The door works better than ever. I will definetly use Precision again.

Really appreciate Precision getting us back on track literally! Our Service Technician, Ryan Frank was very professional, prompt, and did a great job of explaining what our garage door problems where, what he planned to do, and how to prevent the problem in the future. Prior to calling Precision I discussed a Liftmaster opener with another prominent garage door company. After a series of questions it became obvious that despite selling Liftmaster equipment they didnt know the ins and outs. The service department superintendent finally said: You need to call LIFTMASTER yourself...stunning remark! I did, and got my questions answered and asked for a referral---which is how I found you. And how fortunate that was. Travis was professional; knowledgeable; polite and gave me a real sense of comfort in the product. I cant say enough good things about him and what a value he must be to Precision. 5 stars to Travis! He showed me my cables needed replacement in addition to the new Liftmaster 8550 that I purchased (after much research). He told me features the former company had never mentioned and were obviously not aware of. I am really glad I called Precision and I am really pleased Travis was my installer.
