Tim, Our 17 year old garage door broke on a Friday afternoon. The problem was obvious, one of the torsion springs was broken. Unfortunately the door was stuck, down, fully closed, and could not be opened manually. We found you with good reviews on Angie's List. When I called I fully expected to be scheduled for some time the following week. A very pleasant lady answered my call. After exchanging a few pleasantries about how each of our day's were going she surprising scheduled my repair for the following day, a Saturday morning. She advised me that your technician would call me about a half an hour before his arrival. About 8:10AM Saturday morning your technician, Chason, called to say he was on his way. When he arrived he greeted us cheerfully with a smile and a handshake. I asked him specifically, "are you in a good mood?" to which he responded immediately, "Yes, I am!" You see, it was raining, the garage door was stuck down, and our garage was a cluttered mess. Because of that we were unable to clear any space, in advance, for him to do his work. He got the door up, assisted me in clearing minimal work space, and got the door up. He advised me that he was going to do an inspection and write up a proposal. He showed us the worn parts to our garage door, less the broken spring, and explained why he thought the spring had broken and which parts he recommended should be replaced. Everything he told me make logical sense to me. Chason presented us with three or four repair option packages. We chose a repair option the replaced all the worn parts that he had identified and nothing more. He immediately went to work making the repairs and then showed us how to annually lubricate the new parts requiring lubrication. Anyway, I could go on and on, but I won't. To sum it up, from the time I called, until Chason left, it was a very pleasant professional experience. I hope that all of your employees are like the lady I spoke with and Chason, because we WILL RECOMMEND Precision Door Service to friends in need! Thank you!

James did an excellent job installing my new Liftmaster motor and explaining all of the features. He went above and beyond the typical install by going the extra mile to ensure the unit was properly secure to reduce vibration and hid all the wires that were exposed on the current unit. He was very professional and polite! I will definitely be recommending James to come back out when my other door needs replacing! Thank you for the quick and great service! Give this man a bonus!

The gentleman that came out was very professional. He couldn't repair our door because it needed to be replaced. He explained to us why he couldn't. We were going to have him order a new door for us and have it installed. Shortly after he left, I had a family emergency in California. My brother was losing his fight with cancer. Sadly he passed this September. I am back home now and would like him to put that order. I in for us. I see I have to select a service performed. So I will select something so I can send this review....please read the statement above. Thank you

The tech guy (James Meador) got here was relaxed and asked what the problem was. I showed him and he said not a big deal, nothing broken or needed replacement just needed cables put back on and spring adjusted. I agreed to work and he got to work. He put it in overdrive and got it done very quickly. He worked very fast and efficiently. Tested the garage door a few times and wad done. I'm very pleased with the work and would recommend him and Precision

Dustin was our technician. He did a fabulous job! He explained everything that we needed to fix our garage door. The spring had broken. He gave an estimate to fix the garage door. Then I asked about putting in a garage door opener as well and explained I didn't have much wiggle room in the budget. Dustin was completely honest and upfront about which one to use and how much it would cost. He also told me about a credit card we could use from Precision if we needed to. Dustin took his time and made sure everything worked correctly. He spent time making sure I understood how to use the app on the phone to close the garage door. When the other garage door spring breaks, we know exactly who we are going to call and we will ask to install another garage door opener. My husband and I are thrilled with Dustin's work and service. Thanks so much!
