Had the spring go bad on one of my doors. Called and received a quote. The technician came out and quoted a different price. I called in and they corrected the price and included a second door at an excellent price. Both doors were repaired and the work was done efficiently and quick. Overall a great experience. Torsion Spring exploded. I scheduled an appointment online at 10:47pm. Alan calls the next morning at 7:22 saying he will be at my house in hour and 30 minutes depending on traffic. He arrived around 9:25am due to traveling from McDonough to Dallas. Inspected all components and made recommendations of needed services. Replaced the spring and was gone by 9:50am with another satisfied customer. I will be using Pecision again!

I did a search on garage door companies and round Precision Door Service. I checked out the company on Angie's list and their reviews were excellent. I called and made an appointment and the technicians showed up when promised and completed the door installation in the appropriate amount of time. The one reason I did not give a four star rating is that one of the door openers I purchased does not work. I have received several calls that this minor issue would be resolved, but so far, I still have a nonfunctional garage door opener
