Torsion Spring exploded. I scheduled an appointment online at 10:47pm. Alan calls the next morning at 7:22 saying he will be at my house in hour and 30 minutes depending on traffic. He arrived around 9:25am due to traveling from McDonough to Dallas. Inspected all components and made recommendations of needed services. Replaced the spring and was gone by 9:50am with another satisfied customer. I will be using Pecision again!

I did a search on garage door companies and round Precision Door Service. I checked out the company on Angie's list and their reviews were excellent. I called and made an appointment and the technicians showed up when promised and completed the door installation in the appropriate amount of time. The one reason I did not give a four star rating is that one of the door openers I purchased does not work. I have received several calls that this minor issue would be resolved, but so far, I still have a nonfunctional garage door opener

I called Precision this morning at 9:40 because my door would not open. I assumed it was the opener. I ask if they would be able to come out that day. They lady on the phone (very nice) put me on hold for a few seconds and said they would be here between 2-6. I got a call at an hour later and Alan said he would get to me before 2. He got here and explained what had happened and my options. My doors was fixed by 2:46 pm. Very happy with service. Highly recommend!

Had the spring go bad on one of my doors. Called and received a quote. The technician came out and quoted a different price. I called in and they corrected the price and included a second door at an excellent price. Both doors were repaired and the work was done efficiently and quick. Overall a great experience. I appreciate someone who stands behind their word!
