From the first initial visit the sale went great they listened to what we wanted and gave several options. They also explained arrival times for each door we looked at. The door we choose was delivered on time. The install crew that came out went over everything and how long it would take them to install. They asked questions of things like were I would like the inside opener and outside. After install they went over everything again. The door openers are fantastic so quiet. Would recommend them to anyone looking for repair or new doors .

I had always heard good things about Precision Garage Doors and I’m here to tell you they are GREAT! My old opening system was 17 years old in the house I purchased last April. Shawn, the technician arrived when he said he would. He laid out all my options and the price for each one. I decided to go with their elite series system. It is whisper quiet! If you weren’t looking at it going up or down, you’d never know it was moving!! Shawn was super helpful and knowledgeable! If you need a repair or a new system, I’d call Precision!

Service was great Very professional, however , I felt totally ripped off, very high prices , will Not use precision door of Atlanta and if my friends and neighbors ask if I know a repair company I will Not recommend this company due to being OVER charged tremendously. I knew I should have done my research first before I gave the ok. I was totally shocked that I was charged $250 for a wall button , I looked online at several supply company’s and found the part for lab average of $30. What a rip off company! Ridiculous I could have bought a brand new garage door opener unit for a lot LESS
