When the doors had an issue with cabinets previously installed in the garage, you went above and beyond the call of duty to solve the problem. I called Saturday after lunch when everybody is closed . I expected to have to make a appointment for Monday,but they told me they could have a service tech out in a few hours . I was nice to get my opener replaced so quick . Mike did a great job . He is very quick and professional . I will use precision door again . Thanks guy's .

Customer service is NOT dead! It is always reassuring to deal with a business that has proper credentials (Certifications, Licenses, Insurance). But it is the attitudes and interactions with employees of a business that make the transaction enjoyable. From the initial person who scheduled the appointment to the technician who performed the work, All were Professional, informative and personable. The Technician arrived on time (actually earlier than i expected *!awesome!*), discussed and showed me exactly what needed repaired & why, and then performed all repairs. Tim was very personable when he came to give us the estimate on a new garage door. He knew what he was talking about and explained everything about the differences between doors available and recommended what he believed was best for us and why. The installer arrived on time, and was very efficient. The door was installed quickly and without any problems. There was one minor item that was missing and another installer came the same day I called and fixed the problem. I would recommend this company to anyone.
