Travis was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable. Our doors were not opening and closing all the time. Travis analyzed the problem and recommended replacing the openers. I would recommend using Precision Garage Door service and especially Travis.

Travis came on time, did everything he promised, and made all three of our garage doors work perfectly. He installed two new motors and replaced all the springs, pulleys, and rollers, all within about four hours (which was his estimate). He also explained how the remotes worked and set up the codes for the outside remote controllers. I would highly recommend this company, and Travis in particular.

My neighbor was pleased with your repair of her garage door, so I knew you would do a top-notch job. Chase called to let me know what time to expect him, and he arrived in a timely manner. He explained what the needs to fix the door were, and let me know the cost for the items. His work was well done, and I am pleased to have the door working once again. One of THE best service experiences I have ever had. Last night my 80+ yr old mother backed her car into the garage door, rendering the door inoperable. Having purchased a new garage door opener from Precision earlier this year (through Angies List), they were the first website I went to. I was pleasantly surprised to see that, even at that late hour, they had a live chat available. I chatted with a very nice person who was able to schedule a technician to come out the very next morning to at least get the door open so we could get the cars out, pending repair. I received a confirmation email shortly after chatting that identified (with photo and info) which technician would be coming out to our house. The technician, David, called about 20 mins before arrival to let me know he was on his way. He was able to fix the garage door and answered my questions about the safety of the door after it being backed into, integrity of the old door and springs/rollers. David was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier with Precision and have no hesitation whatsoever in highly recommending them for your garage door needs. We will be replacing our door and will return to Precision for their stellar, professional service!

We had an emergency with our garage door on Christmas Eve (today), and they sent someone out to fix it by 4:00 p.m. He was awesome! He knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. He did a few extra maintenance things and didn't charge me. I highly recommend this company.

I had a heavy wood door spring snap Saturday afternoon and after researching competitors and reviews over the internet, decided on Precision and glad I did. Brandon/Technician came out witin two hours of my call, gave me repair options then completed work within an hour. What I look for; professional, courteous, knowledgeable staff, prompt service and reasonable pricing. Would definitely call them again.

I was very impressed with the entire staff at Precision Door. I needed my garage door repaired and your tech showed up on time and was completely knowledgeable. Never tried to "sell" me anything which I was so appreciative of. Quote was very reasonable and parts were ordered quickly. Service tech was great and repairs went smoothly. Office staff was great keeping me constantly appraised of the status of not only parts ordered but tech's timeframe as well. I couldn't recommend this company more. They were great to work with from start the finish. Should the need arise I would definitely call on them again. I'm confident you'll be just as satisfied. Full five stars!
