Completed work which included garage door repair and installing a new garage door opener. He took time to explain in detail how it all worked. The charge matched the estimate exactly. The technician was great but I was told by a call rep if I were to get service they would waive the service charged.( I have the recorded call) well I ended up getting the service and was still charged the service fee. Now I'm just confused. Waiting to get a callback from billing then I guess I'll handle whatever I need to from there .

found in on the google search. Had a good experience. The guy could not come on Friday afternoon as the last job took way too long. He notified me so i called and got another appointment for Saturday. The guy called earlier in the morning saying he is coming but realized that he called by mistake. Called back and let me know the expected time of arrival. He did a good job. found the problems and fixed them in a courteous manner. Good service. ****1/2

Ed with Precision Overhead Garage came out to service the broken belt and other items on my garage door. Ed has the BEST customer service personality. He was nice was able to get me an even better estimate and he did so with a smile, something you don't always see these days. Also, because of his recommendations, I plan to have him come out to complete other services that need to be done in the future. I wasn't crazy about paying a service fee, but this company is worth it plus the service fee is applied to the work.

Mr. Davis arrive during time he was supposed to, I spoke to him about problems with door. He inspected the door and found several potential problems. He advised the repair to opener would be about the same as new one. He replaced the opener, springs,end bearings and safety eyes and rewired with all new wires. Showed my wife and I about operation and told us of lifetime warranty on opener and other warranty on springs and other parts. He was very courteous and knowledgeable about door operation and repair.

I contacted Precision via their chat service online and I spoke with Amy. She was knowledgeable and answered my questions. I able to get an appointment the very next day. Ed was the technician that came out, he was early, which I appreciated. Ed was very professional and courteous. He explained all of my options and then I decided to purchase a new opener. Within a couple of hours my opener was installed. At the end, I was even surprised with a military discount. Precision is top knotch and I will continue to use them in the future.
