From the time I called all the way the the installation I was treated with respect and could tell Ed was absolutely knowledgeable, professional and exceptional at his job. Edward has always done a great job. He really cares about the customer. He looked at our situation and gave us our options. We took his advice as we always have. He and Carlos worked tirelessly to complete the job in the same day. My wife commented to our daughter, "I love our new openers. They are so quiet." Our daughter just had theirs replaced and she said they are this quiet. Thanks for the great work and the great price. Edward and Carlos are the best.

My experience with Precision was the best from the estimate to the installation. Jason D. came to give me the estimate, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He listened to what I wanted, knew what was in stock and helped me select a beautiful door. George P. and Ryan A. came to do the installation. Both again were very knowledgeable and professional, they dismantled my very old and heavy door and had the new one installed perfectly! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! I tell my Precision experience and show pictures of the before and after to anyone that will listen. I will certainly recommend Precision!!

The technician was great but I was told by a call rep if I were to get service they would waive the service charged.( I have the recorded call) well I ended up getting the service and was still charged the service fee. Now I'm just confused. Waiting to get a callback from billing then I guess I'll handle whatever I need to from there .

found in on the google search. Had a good experience. The guy could not come on Friday afternoon as the last job took way too long. He notified me so i called and got another appointment for Saturday. The guy called earlier in the morning saying he is coming but realized that he called by mistake. Called back and let me know the expected time of arrival. He did a good job. found the problems and fixed them in a courteous manner. Good service. ****1/2

Ed with Precision Overhead Garage came out to service the broken belt and other items on my garage door. Ed has the BEST customer service personality. He was nice was able to get me an even better estimate and he did so with a smile, something you don't always see these days. Also, because of his recommendations, I plan to have him come out to complete other services that need to be done in the future. I wasn't crazy about paying a service fee, but this company is worth it plus the service fee is applied to the work.

Mr. Davis arrive during time he was supposed to, I spoke to him about problems with door. He inspected the door and found several potential problems. He advised the repair to opener would be about the same as new one. He replaced the opener, springs,end bearings and safety eyes and rewired with all new wires. Showed my wife and I about operation and told us of lifetime warranty on opener and other warranty on springs and other parts. He was very courteous and knowledgeable about door operation and repair.
