Great experience! Shannon, our tech, was professional, informative, friendly, and courteous. Assessed the problem quickly and repaired the garage opener. He offered some suggestions which was very much appreciated. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Precision to others, and will call them again when needed.

Precision installed my double automatic garage door opener today. The customer service from scheduling to installation was exceptionally great. The technician, Ryan Hudson, was kind, courteous, prompt, and extremely professional. Mr. Hudson was knowledgeable of the system we previously had and knew exactly what to recommend to meet our needs. The installation was complete within less of the time Mr. Hudson initially advised. He was clean / neat, made sure the mobile app was installed on my phone and working properly prior to him leaving. It was a Sunday morning and the garage door would not go down. We called Precision Door and they had Joe Huggins come out same day. Joe was prompt, arrived earlier than we expected, which was great! Very impressed with service and professionalism for my service. Called first thing AM and service professional Ryan Hudson was at my home within 1 hr. He inspected garage door for problem and advised repair solution without any sales pressure. Repairs/Parts replaced within 1 hr and the door works better than ever.

Garage Door opener gave an error late on Friday. Called Precision and they were able to schedule appointment first thing on Monday morning. Technician (Anthony Watts) called about 8AM on Monday and said that he would arrive at 8:40. He arrived on time and was very timely on his diagnosis. Turned out to be more cost effective to replace motor than repair old unit. Anthony was very friendly and explained everything completely. He cleaned up, programmed remotes, programed link in car, helped re-setup MyQ app on phone. Overall, great experience and would recommend to anyone.

I receive excellent service today December 28th 2021. Carlos he did a great job on fixing my garage door he quoted me two hours but he was done in 35 min and the door works perfectly. The Secretary of whom I spoke to when I called for service she was great to, great personality, great spirit. If I need to I will be calling them back if I ever need service again.
