Great experience! Shannon, our tech, was professional, informative, friendly, and courteous. Assessed the problem quickly and repaired the garage opener. Precision installed my double automatic garage door opener today. The customer service from scheduling to installation was exceptionally great. The technician, Ryan Hudson, was kind, courteous, prompt, and extremely professional. Mr. Hudson was knowledgeable of the system we previously had and knew exactly what to recommend to meet our needs. The installation was complete within less of the time Mr. Hudson initially advised. He was clean / neat, made sure the mobile app was installed on my phone and working properly prior to him leaving. It was a Sunday morning and the garage door would not go down. We called Precision Door and they had Joe Huggins come out same day. Joe was prompt, arrived earlier than we expected, which was great!
