Ryan H. was awesome! He called before arrival, asked questions, checked out the issue of our garage door, and was very informative. He quickly figured out the issue and was done in 30 minutes maybe even less. He also made sure everything worked properly and all devices were reprogrammed and shared info that could help in the future. All in all, it was a great experience from scheduling to servicing.

Our old garage door was dying; cracks, creaking, and just about to fall apart. We call Precision Garage Door after reading the reviews online. The first representative that came was on time, friendly, gave us a complete explanation as well as recommendations, with no pressure. We decided to have a new door installed and the scheduler was efficient and kept us informed about every step of the process. The technician who installed our new door was great!! He was on time, friendly, and provided information about the install. Precision Garage Door made this process so simple and pain-free, in addition to making it happen in a timely manner. We are very satisfied and will definitely use them again!!

Once again, Precision came to my rescue! A spring broke on one of my garage doors on Monday. Called Precision and got a technician appointment for Tuesday. Technician, Ryan Hudson, arrived and reviewed the situation. It was a pleasure to see Ryan again after he had replaced the garage door openers in 2018 when one of the units failed. Ryan took time to explain the issue with replacing the springs and supplied an alternative solution. I agreed to the solution and within one hour he had both doors completed! Highly recommend Precision because of their promptness in answering the phone, scheduling a technician and the professional service provided by Ryan. Thank you, Ryan!

Lightning zapped our garage door openers. Called Precision the next morning and they sent Ryan just two days later. He went right to work and had both openers replaced and programmed in less than 21/2 hours. Ryan explained the operations thoroughly and assured me that Precision was there for me if I had any questions. I would definitely call Precision again.

Great service - highly recommend!!! The woman who answered my call was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I was given an appointment within 2 days which was fine with me. The assigned tech Joe found himself running a bit behind but kept me informed of his arrival time. He too was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He took time to explain my problems and the multiple solutions. Then he went to work and did an awesome job on my garage door. I could not be happier with the results. I was standing at the front of my daughters house and saw the truck with your sign, so I took the number and called, I explained the problem with my garage door to the person who answered the call. She explained to me how to get a technician to go the house and I made an appointment. The technician called me close to getting then his second call was to inform me of the problem and how it could be taken care of, I agreed and he performed the task and let me know when he was finished.
