Garage Door opener gave an error late on Friday. Called Precision and they were able to schedule appointment first thing on Monday morning. Technician (Anthony Watts) called about 8AM on Monday and said that he would arrive at 8:40. He arrived on time and was very timely on his diagnosis. Turned out to be more cost effective to replace motor than repair old unit. Anthony was very friendly and explained everything completely. He cleaned up, programmed remotes, programed link in car, helped re-setup MyQ app on phone. Overall, great experience and would recommend to anyone.

I receive excellent service today December 28th 2021. Carlos he did a great job on fixing my garage door he quoted me two hours but he was done in 35 min and the door works perfectly. The Secretary of whom I spoke to when I called for service she was great to, great personality, great spirit. If I need to I will be calling them back if I ever need service again.

Ryan H. was awesome! He called before arrival, asked questions, checked out the issue of our garage door, and was very informative. He quickly figured out the issue and was done in 30 minutes maybe even less. He also made sure everything worked properly and all devices were reprogrammed and shared info that could help in the future. All in all, it was a great experience from scheduling to servicing.

Our old garage door was dying; cracks, creaking, and just about to fall apart. We call Precision Garage Door after reading the reviews online. The first representative that came was on time, friendly, gave us a complete explanation as well as recommendations, with no pressure. We decided to have a new door installed and the scheduler was efficient and kept us informed about every step of the process. The technician who installed our new door was great!! He was on time, friendly, and provided information about the install. Precision Garage Door made this process so simple and pain-free, in addition to making it happen in a timely manner. Once again, Precision came to my rescue! A spring broke on one of my garage doors on Monday. Called Precision and got a technician appointment for Tuesday. Technician, Ryan Hudson, arrived and reviewed the situation. It was a pleasure to see Ryan again after he had replaced the garage door openers in 2018 when one of the units failed. Ryan took time to explain the issue with replacing the springs and supplied an alternative solution. I agreed to the solution and within one hour he had both doors completed! Highly recommend Precision because of their promptness in answering the phone, scheduling a technician and the professional service provided by Ryan. Thank you, Ryan!
