Shaun and Phillip showed up on time and quickly analyzed the problem with our garage door and remotes. He gave me all the alternatives and I chose the one best for us, which was to replace the garage door opener. They proceeded to get to work and finished the job in short order. They left our garage clean and the door and remotes are working great. So quiet that I barely hear it. Thanks

Great experience overall. Called at 9:25 am about a garage door issue and the technician, Sean, arrived at 11:45 am. I had a fairly good idea that the spring on our double door went out, Sean confirmed and he quickly went to work. Sean then notified me that he did not have the right part on the truck and within 30 minutes another Precision truck arrived with what was needed. While they were here, I asked them to replace the springs on the single door as well and Sean said no problem and agreed it was probably only a matter of time before it went out as well. They were finished by 2:00 pm for both doors and all is working great! Fast, efficient no BS repairs. I will be calling Precision again. Thanks Guys!
