Your technician, Davin Smith, was exceptional! He was very thorough in his explanation of the problem with my garage door and gave me a multitude of options to pursue to fix my garage door. The amazing thing is not all of them were with Precision!!! He answered all of my questions. I felt as if I had him on the phone too long asking questions and was taking up too much of his time. He calmly and professionally stayed on the phone with me and made sure all my concerns were addressed. We will get one more estimate for our garage door repair/replacement but will more than likely use Precision. At a minimum, we will recommend Precision to our neighbors.

I came home to a popped spring on Sunday night, called Precision the next morning, Memorial Day and got 3 appointment options. I chose 4-8PM option as we were away. To my surprise, the technician arrived before 4PM and had the job completed within 30 minutes. He replaced both springs, greased and tighten every single part on the door, rails, and opener. Highly impressed and highly recommend these guys. They're as good as it gets!

Sunday morning the spring on my garage door snapped. I called Precision Door Service because they had installed my garage door opener a few years back and the service was excellent. I thought because it was Sunday that I was going to have to make an appointment during the week and take time off of work. However, they had someone at my hours within two hours of my call and there was no extra charge. Ronnie was great. He did his inspection of the door and told me what he was going to check and then what he thought needed to be done. I am always cautious of services that recommend "add-ons". Ronnie took the time to point out what he was looking at and explain how it was effecting the performance of the door. Not only that he gave me coupons for the work that had to be done. With all the work done, the total charged was less than what it cost me to replace the spring (not with Precision) several years ago. I won't use anyone else to do work on my garage door. When you find a service company that you don't feel being taken advantage of and does excellent work, you stick with them.
