Great service from start to finish. From when the order was placed to after the service tech left, everything was professional. Guido and his team arrived to my house to install the new door. not only they were extremely nice people, very responsive and understanding, they were highly professional !!. They paid attention to every little detail and aesthetics on the door itself. (things that i wouldn't notice, but they insisted to replace and take care of it ) Guido responded in details to every technical question that I had. Great team. Great Job. Thanks Guido !.

Shaun Sewell came out today to diagnose the issue with my garage. I was thoroughly impressed with Shaun's expertise but also his ability to read me and solve my issue. My door had multiple problems and Shaun not only told me but showed me the issue and the cause and effect of each problem. Being on a tight budget I knew that this was not going to be cheap. As he told me the number he could see my face cringe. Shaun quickly came up with a plan that not only kept me in budget but bought me time. Most other companies would have pushed for the sale but he didn't. It was refreshing to have someone who had my best interest in mind helping me. Clearly I will call Shaun when that part fails.

My entire experience with Precision was a 5 star rating, starting with Amy in their Customer Service department at 10:30 pm on a Wednesday night. Promptly my experienced technician Sean showed up on Thursday as scheduled and with professionalism, courtesy, and overall knowledge and skill went right to work on the problem and within an hour completed the entire job! He is amazing and is a valuable asset to this company. I will be recommending Precision to my entire sub-division as a result of this experience. Thank you Sean!

The men that installed my new garage doors were very professional. They came on schedule replace the old doors and hardware, cleaned up and hauled away the old doors. The new doors look fantastic and operate very well. Great experience

Ok lets begin with getting a new garage door is not like getting a new big screen TV. But when you need one, you need one. So i did all the homework. Even went to a home improvement show. My search began with neighbors and their experiences. Then I called or emailed at least four providers that had good marks. Tim at precision doors was the most knowledgeable person. His recommendations on the type of door and lift needed, led to our decision to purchase it from him. When the installer Eric arrived to do the job he was fantastic! Removed and hauled away all the old door and its components. He installed new tracks,rollers,the lifting motor, outside trim , and the door. Eric pointed out a nick on one of the panels, caused in shipping. He immediately ordered a replacement panel, and when the panel came in, he returned to finish the project. Are we happy with the door and the work performed? Yes. So if you are in need of a door i would recommend you at least talk to precision doors. Ask for Eric to do the install, you wont be disappointed. As for the big screen TV, my grand daughter came up with the idea to use the inside of the garage door as a movie screen and they love going to the movies in Pops and Mimis garage.

We contracted Precision to deliver two new garage doors and two new motors, since ours were 20+ years old. The initial visit was only to have one of the motors fixed, and because the technician because was so knowledgeable and courteous, and the price right, we decided to get the new doors. He did not try to hard sell me into buying new doors. On the other hand, he even fixed the door for free until the new ordered doors arrived. Installation was done in a very cold winter day, and because of that I believe that we ended up having some small issues with the new sealants around one of the door and some loose frames after a couple weeks that needed a few more staples/nails,however both issues were taken care of eventually. There was some miss-communication in the process, but they were (Tim) very quick to rectify it. Overall, they were great. The garage doors look beautiful, the price was right, and the customer service was reliable. I would highly recommend their service.

I utilized a coupon to have my door squeaks and rumbles silenced, Your technician, Sean, called to let me know he could be early for his appointment which pleased my schedule and I welcomed him to arrive early. He inspected the problem and advised me that my spring was getting weak, but I declined a replacement spring at this time. He proceeded to change out all my rollers and lubricate all parts of the door which greatly diminished the offensive noises which prompted my call in the first place. Sean was respectful at all times and worked at a remarkable speed. You have a great employee in Sean. I would recommend your company for your services. *****.
